What's New: Workday Help and Learning Now Available

Workday Help features searchable Help Articles (previously known as Job Aids) about HR and Student Employment related Business Processes directly within Workday. Case Management provides a mechanism within Workday for reporting and resolution of technical HR-related system errors.

Workday Learning is a central hub for faculty and staff training content and course registration, replacing Sprout. Learning opportunities previously created in Sprout will be created in Workday Learning moving forward. Sprout will continue to be used for events created before August 12. Non-training event registration may be completed using CMS forms. New learning opportunities are live in Workday Learning, with more continuously being added beginning this fall.

What's Current: Workday Managers Meeting Recap

On August 9, we shared information with Workday managers (supervisors of faculty, staff, or students) regarding the post-go-live survey, Finance updates, and new Workday components. Meeting materials are on the Workday for Managers page.

What's Next: Workday Peakon Engagement Survey

Workday Peakon will launch this fall, helping the university administer surveys to faculty and staff to identify areas for diversity and inclusion efforts. It will also help identify employee turnover causes and changing wellness needs.

The first employee engagement survey will be sent to all GV faculty and staff after Peakon is launched. Leadership and Human Resources will be able to view aggregate results to develop action plans.

What's Exciting: Workday Platform Survey Report

Thank you again to the hundreds of faculty and staff who completed the Workday Platform post go-live survey. The survey report includes key findings, information sharing, insights, and next steps.
